Vietnamese-Style Homemade Yogurt

Remove the lid from your cooker and place a fine wire-mesh strainer over a large bowl or an 8-cup liquid measuring cup. Pour your yogurt through the strainer to remove any lumps.

After straining the yogurt mixture, transfer it to serving or storage jars and refrigerate until it’s cold and has thickened a bit, about four hours.

Make a head

Refrigerate your yogurt in airtight containers for up to two weeks for a delicious and healthy snack.
