Step 1 :
Before you begin, make sure your oven is preheated to 300 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the millet until it’s lightly toasted and fragrant, about 4-5 minutes. Pour the millet into a large bowl and add the coriander seeds. Cook the seeds in the skillet over medium heat until they’re lightly toasted and fragrant, about 1 minute. Remove from heat and crush them using a mortar and pestle or a spice grinder. Add the crushed seeds to the bowl with the millet. Stir in the oats and pine nuts.
